FMR Enterprises / About
The Company

An operating discipline, not an outsourcer. Built for the AI era.

FMR Enterprises was founded in 2021 to be the operating partner enterprise clients call when scale matters, when precision is non-negotiable, and when generic outsourcing won’t do.

Our Story

Founded with operational intent. Not reactive growth.

FMR Enterprises was incorporated in 2021 by Umar, Rafey, Farzaad, and Munhib — four principals from operating backgrounds who saw the same gap: enterprise AI labs and operating brands both needed a serious workforce partner. Existing options forced a tradeoff between cost and quality.

From inception, FMR was structured as two divisions under unified executive leadership — AI Operations and BPO & Digital Services — sharing a recruiting infrastructure, a single QA standard, and a calibration model owned at the principal level.

Within four years FMR scaled to four English-speaking markets, a 60-strong PhD-tier reviewer bench, and active programs with foundation-model labs, media analytics platforms, and enterprise SaaS clients.

Discipline over volume

  • Scale by depth of specialist talent, not headcount
  • Smaller calibrated teams beat large generalist pools
  • Direct principal oversight on every engagement
  • Senior talent ladder, no junior delegation
  • Quality is a discipline, not a checklist
Operating Principles

Three commitments that structure every engagement.

Not values on a wall. Operating disciplines that govern how we hire, calibrate, deliver, and escalate.

Principle 01
I

Executive oversight, every engagement

No engagement runs without a principal owner. Calibration is taught by leadership. Escalations reach leadership. Quality discipline is owned at the executive tier.

↻ Detail
Principle 01 · Detail

Executive oversight, every engagement

  • Every engagement has a named principal owner
  • Calibration sessions taught by leadership directly
  • Escalations reach the executive tier in hours
  • Quality discipline owned at principal level
  • No middle-management buffer between client & principals
Principle 02
II

Calibration before production

Every workforce calibrates against client rubric before producing deliverables. Sample work reviewed at lead and senior tiers. No assumption-based launches.

Principle 02 · Detail

Calibration before production

  • Workforce calibrated against client rubric pre-launch
  • Sample work reviewed at multiple seniority tiers
  • Inter-annotator agreement validated before scale
  • No assumption-based launches, ever
  • Calibration metrics shared transparently with client
Principle 03
III

Multi-layer QA, no exceptions

Every deliverable passes internal QA before client handoff. Baselines met or exceeded — never assumed. Internal QA is owned at the executive level.

Principle 03 · Detail

Multi-layer QA, no exceptions

  • Every deliverable passes internal QA pre-handoff
  • Multi-tier review pipeline (lead → senior → exec)
  • Baselines met or exceeded, measured every cycle
  • Internal QA owned by Director of QA personally
  • Continuous IAA tracking on production work
